October 21, 2021 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

A well-designed survey can serve as a powerful tool to capture client feedback and measure program outcomes. Although some aspects of survey design may seem like common sense, there are research-based practices that are effective in addressing issues related to low response rates, bias, survey fatigue and data quality.
