Building Strong Board Engagement

One of the most important tasks for a board is effective recruitment. Strong recruitment of new members has the potential to turn disengaged boards around while weak recruitment practices can sink even the greatest of nonprofit boards.
In this three hour workshop, you will learn to identify your board’s most pressing needs, to strategically identify and recruit new board members, and create a culture for sustained engagement. This workshop is designed for chief executives, board chairs, and other interested board members.
