Community Partners of Dallas is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to join our team! This exciting position will assist the Volunteer Manager with creating a positive experience for all individual and group volunteers. The Volunteer Coordinator will also assist with the many administrative tasks necessary to maintain a well-run volunteer program.
The Volunteer Coordinator should be a collaborative team member who can maintain effective working relationships with other staff, volunteers, and members of the community.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, providing support to CPD’s Teen Board, maintaining accurate volunteer records and tracking of hours in a database, leading volunteer projects, supporting Volunteer Manager at large program and fundraising events, and representing CPD at volunteer fairs and off-site events as needed.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree. This position requires the ability to stand and/or walk for 2-4 hours at a time and lift a minimum of 20lbs without assistance.
