Community Partners of Dallas is looking for a Senior Manager of Development to join our team. This position will interface with donors, oversee logistics for events, serve as auxiliary liaison and oversee the donor database. Additional projects will include but not be limited to donor correspondence and relations, data entry, special projects and volunteer support. The position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task and problem solve, great attention to detail, and will be filled by a team player with lots of energy. Candidates must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills as well as computer proficiency, particularly in Excel. Experience with databases preferred. Bachelor’s degree required.
