Description

The Rees-Jones Foundation, a Dallas-based private foundation, is seeking a Program Associate to provide support to senior program staff. The Program Associate position is considered an entry-level position with a career path toward a Program Officer, and therefore requires levels of skill, qualifications, abilities, past experience and personal traits sought for Program Officers. Minimum educational requirement for this position is an undergraduate degree, although advanced degrees are considered important. The Foundation particularly seeks individuals who have a strong interest and experience in the work of nonprofit organizations, evidenced from either prior work or volunteer engagement. The primary task of a Program Associate is to help review grant proposals, conduct background research, and assist in preparing documents for submission to the Board of the Foundation.

The mission of The Rees-Jones Foundation is to serve God by serving others and in the process, enable others to experience the love of Christ in very tangible ways. The Foundation does this by supporting non-profit organizations working to improve the lives of vulnerable children and families in North Texas and international settings.
