The Philanthropy Associate will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies for identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual donors to support Metrocare's mission. This includes leading all annual giving campaigns, direct mail, and digital solicitation strategies for programmatic support through donor acquisition. He/she will focus on strategically expanding the organization's annual giving program. As a key member of the Philanthropy team, the Philanthropy Associate will work in tandem with the operational leaders responsible for the service delivery for Dallas County residents seeking mental health and developmental diversity services.
