Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Impact Manager/Data Analyst will be a key driver in ensuring we achieve our mission and maximize impact. This role will track, measure, and evaluate program outcomes, ensuring alignment with agency goals. You will collaborate with program teams, development, and leadership to enhance our effectiveness and demonstrate the value we bring to our community. This hybrid position combines the responsibilities of an Impact Manager and a Data Analyst, emphasizing both strategic impact and analytical rigor.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Impact Assessment and Reporting - Develop and implement outcome measurement frameworks; collect and analyze KPIs; regularly assess program effectiveness and provide monthly impact reports.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Work closely with program teams to manage project deliverables, ensuring accurate programmatic reporting on grants/contracts; collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, including program activities, surveys, and external database reports; conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess program effectiveness, outcomes, and impact; serve as liaison with Salesforce contractors.
  • Grant Compliance and Impact Tracking: Develop and maintain systems for tracking grant-related data, milestones, and impact metrics; provide report templates to program staff and directors in advance of deadlines; provide evidence of impact for grant applications and renewals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work cohesively with the CSO to provide data to make informed decisions across programs; identify best practices and share learnings across teams; contribute to strategic planning based on outcome data.

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., data science, social sciences, business analytics).
  • Proficiency in data tools; strong competency in excel; proficiency with Salesforce platform a must.
  • Proven experience in grant compliance, impact assessment, and data analysis.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects.
