Dallas CASA, a non-profit agency that recruits and trains volunteers to advocate for the best interests of child victims of abuse and neglect, seeks a full-time Human Resources Director who will be responsible for the overall Human Resources (HR) functions. The HR Director reports to the CEO and supervises and supports the HR Generalist.  The HR Director will implement and recommend improvements to approved HR policies, programs, and practices, and provide input on compensation practices and benefits plans. The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee-related agency insurance policies, payroll and related regulatory requirements, performance evaluations, and other personnel transactions from recruitment to departures, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations and laws. This position also will be responsible for planning staff development and training programs and activities that contribute to a positive and inclusive culture.

Required: A minimum of 10 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree. Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills. SHRM-CP or SPHR certification preferred.
