locations, coordinating employee health and benefit plans, and serves as a liaison
between employees and insurance providers to manage benefits inquiries, while
maintaining positive employee relations. The Human Resource Coordinator ensures that
plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan
provisions are followed, conducts other administrative functions as needed, including
record-keeping, maintaining confidential files, and data entry of information into the
organizations’ HR systems.
