Description

The American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) is the national medical society representing emergency physicians. Through continuing education, research, public education, and advocacy, ACEP advances emergency care on behalf of its 38,000 emergency physician members, and the more than 150 million Americans they treat on an annual basis.

Located in Irving, TX, we offer paid insurance plans (medical, dental, and vision), retirement, flextime, and more. This role is not open to remote employees; only applicants local to the area will be considered. For local employees, a hybrid schedule of in-office work and work-from-home is possible upon approval by the manager.

The Grant Manager administers federal, foundation, and corporate level grant projects, tasks, and activities. They are responsible for ensuring that grant programmatic and financial requirements are met as well as supporting the grant project work of ACEP staff and members.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience in managing large, complex, multi-year federal government grants. The candidate should have knowledge of federal grant and contract rules and regulations.

Our ideal candidate has…

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Direct experience working in federal, foundation, and/or corporate grants management including the creation of financial/project reports.
  • Experience in project management, especially with the management of multiple projects simultaneously.

Other desired qualifications include an understanding of emergency medicine, a degree or certification in project management, or a master’s degree in a relevant field.
