SafeHaven is seeking an Executive Vice President (EVP) of Victim Services.
The EVP directs personnel coordinating and engages in planning and implementing all services for victims of domestic violence, including all residential and non-residential services.
The position oversees one vice president and three director-level positions. Approximaly 100 staff members work within the agency’s victim services department. This position is responsible for program management, personnel supervision, and compliance with organization’s contractual obligations and state-designation requirements.

The specific qualifications for this role are:
REQUIRED:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field required.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in supervision, program planning, grants management and budget planning required.
- Experience with government grants required.
- Must have knowledge of domestic violence victim issues.
PREFERRED:
- Experience working in residential facilities preferred.
- LMSW or LPC preferred.
