Neighborhood, community-based organization seeks highly motivated, visionary, creative individual to lead and manage small staff in collaborative partnerships with existing agencies and developing new partnerships.

Must possess ability to oversee financial operation and manage outcome reporting to existing funders. Public speaking skills are essential, as well as the ability to engage with and recruit volunteers. This person must develop/implement fund raising strategies to insure future growth and sustainability.

A minimum of two years experience in the non-profit or related field is required. Competitive salary and benefit package.
