Description

Youth180 has a nearly 40-year history of providing responsive programs that serve the needs of vulnerable youth and their families in our community. Today, Youth180 offers an integrated approach to treating our young people and their families, identifying any trauma or underlying issues that led to the misuse of substances. We are one of the few licensed adolescent outpatient treatment centers in Dallas providing trauma-responsive counseling, prevention, intervention, and education services.

We are looking for a skilled Analyst to lead the organization’s data collection, evaluation, analysis, and reporting efforts. The Evaluation and Outcomes Analyst (E/OA) will work in concert with the Communications Specialist in support of programmatic and agency funding strategies. The E/OA also closely interacts with key programmatic staff, including the Senior Programs Director, to oversee fidelity to the organization’s data collection efforts. The E/OA will work with program staff, the leadership team, members of the board of directors, and community stakeholders to provide analysis and disclosure of outcomes and results.

Using your knowledge, skills, and abilities, you will spend your time working with the Communications Specialist as well as staff throughout the organization to gather, record, report, and analyze data. You will assist members of the leadership team with internal and external audits, providing vital data and reports in support of those processes. Much of your day, you will work autonomously to meet your professional goals, but at times you will pivot to collaborate with teams both internal and external to Youth180. You will also have a chance to be a part of a learning environment that believes in developing each staff member into a strong community leader. You will work with the best and brightest staff while steeping yourself in class-leading therapeutic services for youth and witnessing positive outcomes in their lives.

Along with experience and academic achievements, we want you to bring your unique self to Youth180 and show us:

  • A deep devotion to the agency’s mission and the youth we serve
  • A lifelong commitment to learning
  • A professional demeanor that is open to collaboration
  • An appreciation for, and acceptance of, diverse cultures, generational diversity, and socio-economic differences

The E/OA is an experienced analyst who holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field as well as       has experiences including:

  • At least one year of experience performing data collection and analysis, preferably for a nonprofit or governmental organization
  • Prepared easily comprehensible reports and presentations based on accurate collecting of vital data
  • Been recognized for outstanding communication skills
  • Has used complex software programs and databases to conduct day-to-day activities
