SafeHaven is seeking a Director of Clinical Services.
It’s important the Director of Clinical Services be a leader, ready to manage a team, staff cases, and provide guidance.
SafeHaven requires a high level of compliance with various contracts; compliance with VAWA and other regulations is of the utmost importance.

The specific qualifications for this role are:
- Master’s Degree required.
- LPC or LCSW licensure required, supervision preferred.
- Prior experience managing a team of therapists required.
- Prior experience at a nonprofit, preferred.
The base salary for this position is $61,400 annually. Prior experience and other variables will be considered for an increase in the salary offer.
