SafeHaven is seeking a Director of Clinical Services.

It’s important the Director of Clinical Services be a leader, ready to manage a team, staff cases, and provide guidance.

SafeHaven requires a high level of compliance with various contracts; compliance with VAWA and other regulations is of the utmost importance.

SafeHaven values employees who are in line with the culture of the agency, including those who are curious, trustworthy, open communicators, flexible, and willing to be held accountable. Working in the domestic violence field can be hard – but we can do hard things.

The specific qualifications for this role are:

  • Master’s Degree required.
  • LPC or LCSW licensure required, supervision preferred.
  • Prior experience managing a team of therapists required.
  • Prior experience at a nonprofit, preferred.

The base salary for this position is $61,400 annually. Prior experience and other variables will be considered for an increase in the salary offer.
