Oak Hill Academy is seeking our inaugural Director of Advancement as we embark on our most recent board-approved five-year strategic plan.

General Description: The Director of Advancement contributes to and implements a comprehensive and result-oriented advancement plan that spans the mission-critical areas of fundraising, marketing, communications, and community engagement. S/he implements positive, brand-aligned, and strategic communications across all audiences, including faculty and staff, current and potential families, community partners, referral organizations, the Oak Hill Academy board and Advisory Board, and the greater North Texas community. The position reports to the Associate Executive Director and is a key member of the senior leadership team of Oak Hill Academy.

Responsibilities: With her/his team the Director of Advancement responsibilities span the following categories, in order of expected estimated percentage of time/effort: 40% Fundraising/Development, 25% Marketing & Communications, 10% Team Leadership and Collaboration, 10% Community Engagement, 5% Strategy, 5% Advancement Operations, and 5% Board Support.
