Job Description: (Fully remote role)
We are seeking Directors to participate in the formation of our 501(c)(3) organization. As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the organization and setting it on a path to success.

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to guide the organization's initial operations and growth.
• Build and manage a talented team, recruiting key personnel to support the organization's objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis to assess feasibility and identify potential opportunities and challenges.
• Foster relationships with external partners, funders, and community stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and reporting obligations.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising and resource development strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in organizational development, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution abilities.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire a team.
• Demonstrated relationship-building capabilities and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and resource management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for the organization's mission and a commitment to its long-term success.
