Cornerstone Ranch is a growing Christian ministry serving adults with disabilities in McKinney, TX. We are proud to be faith-based and our staff is very much like family. We laugh a lot and have fun because the people we serve are simply the best. We are looking for an extremely outgoing and motivated Development Director that spends 70% of his/her time developing relationships in face-to face meetings with donors and community leaders. 30% of time will be spent on strategy, planning, and team management. Significant experience in leading fundraising or business development is required and you must be confident speaking to groups. Our mission is to empower adults with disabilities to live the abundant life they were created for and we'd love for you to be a part of this important work.
