Are you looking for an opportunity to serve a bigger purpose with a growing organization? Then we have a spot waiting for you. As part of our Development team, you will be responsible for writing grant applications, engaging our donors, and assisting with volunteer opportunities.
Here's a sneak peek at what you'll do:
- Coordinate and assist with development projects, special events, and initiatives in collaboration with development team
- Serve as an HHM liaison at events and for onsite tours
- Assist with donor communications
- Research and write grant proposals
- Donor engagement and cultivation
- Support marketing campaign efforts
- Supports community outreach and relationship building
What you need to succeed
This is a great opportunity for someone with an existing donor portfolio. To be part of the HHM team, you will have excellent collaboration, presentation, communication, and analytical skills. You'll have keen eye for continuous improvement. You will also have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, non-profit management or business.
- At least two years of related experience, preferably in a non-profit environment.
- Likes to work collaboratively
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to build relationships with donors
- High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Have a servant heart with the desire to make a positive impact
