Temporary Development Associate

Presbyterian Night Shelter is known for serving the homeless in greatest need, those who present the greatest challenge to our community are welcome here.  We welcome anyone without a home, and then we help them find one. As the largest provider of homeless services in Tarrant County, we serve approximately 1,000 men, women and children each day.

Job Summary

The Temporary Development Associate will provide support to the Development department as follows:

• Daily check deposit (donations, program fees, payments)
• Daily gift entry into CRM (Raiser’s Edge)
• Daily and weekly gift reporting from CRM
• Acknowledgment letter processing

Qualifications

• Highly organized and able to multi-task
• Strong mathematical aptitude
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Computer literacy, Microsoft Office proficient and experience with Donor/Customer Relationship Management database system.
• Raiser’s Edge or comparable donor management system strongly preferred

Position Date Range/Days/Hours

• Temporary Dates of Employment: May, 2024 through September 6, 2024
• Days/Hours: Flexible with Monday through Friday; 8am to 4pm

 Rate of Pay

• $22.00 per hour
