Join a transformational team of innovative and determined leaders in a supportive and high-impact environment working side-by-side women and their children to disrupt the cycle of poverty. The Deputy Chief Program Officer (Deputy CPO) is responsible for supporting the overall quality and integrity of program service delivery and has the primary responsibility of supervising and overseeing public grant funding and program measurement, quality, and evaluation. The Deputy CPO will collaborate with the CPO to make program recommendations, monitor program outcomes, create efficiencies in program processes, support accreditation efforts, and implement training curricula for all levels of staff. This position will lead Performance Quality Improvement initiatives and work in partnership with all CTL departments to enhance program delivery.

Ideal candidates embrace two-generation, trauma-informed care, have an appreciation for diversity, equity and inclusion and can apply these concepts to daily program operations. Must have a successful track record with designing, supervising, and evaluating programs. Successful public funding grant writing and management history is required. To be considered, candidates should have:

  • Master’s degree with five years of related management experience;
  • Degree in Social Work or related field preferred;
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail;
  • Above average care and concern about doing things well;
  • Highly developed relationship skills;
  • High degree of trustworthiness, efficiency and confidence.
