The Warren Center, for children with developmental differences, is looking for a passionate, Chief Development Officer (CDO) with 8-10 years of fundraising experience to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team in planning, coordinating and assuring the implementation of strategies to develop donors, funding and contributions to support the organization.

In partnership with the CEO, this position is responsible for establishing and implementing the infrastructure needed to raise $2+ million through major gifts, grants, special events, corporate and foundation support. The CDO will expand and diversify the donor base/pipeline and work closely with other team members to secure funding for new initiatives.

In addition, the CDO will work closely with the Board of Directors and support board members as they take on a more active fundraising role.
