Nexus Family Recovery Center is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team!

 This position will be responsible for financial strategy, planning, analysis, reports, healthcare/fee for service billing, audits, compliance, and bank relationships.

Our ideal candidate will have healthcare/fee for service experience with a strong background in finance, operations, and management.

Candidates should have at a minimum, 10 or more years working with financial administration, including, but not limited to financial data record management, cash management, banking/customer/vendor relations, payroll/employee benefits issues, fee for service billing, ensuring generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) are applied to financial transactions, budget and forecast preparation, cost accounting and allocations, financial analyses, monthly operation reports and government contracts.

This position will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will be a vital member of the Nexus Board of Director Finance Committee, as well as supervising direct staff in the Accounting Department.

Candidates with experience in hospital/health clinic or similar billing experience strongly encouraged to apply.

REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree or equivalent preferred; ten (10) or more years of managerial experience preferred.

Related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience could be considered.
