Bryan’s House is a progressive, well-organized nonprofit agency based in Dallas. We have an excellent national reputation for serving complex cases where at-risk children require daily therapy, and medically- managed childcare and respite care. We provide family supportive services through case management to the most deserving families. The Case Managers goal will be to assist clients take control of their lives and become self-sufficient, while respecting their wishes and at all times protecting their rights to confidentiality. They are very deserving of our care and it is very fulfilling work.

Are you a go-getter that is looking to advance in your career? We are seeking a highly experienced and resourceful person with hands-on experience in assessing clients’ needs for social, community and health services, and in coordinating support.

Interested candidates should have deep insight into managing assigned caseloads in an efficient and effective manner, utilizing exceptional time management skills. You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, with a current Texas State License (LBSW) or equivalent preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in performing related duties is required. Are you fluent in Spanish and English? Bilingual candidates are preferred to meet the needs of the majority of the population we serve.
