A well-designed survey can serve as a powerful tool to capture client feedback or measure program outcomes. Although some aspects of survey design may seem like common sense, there are research-based practices that are effective in addressing issues related to bias, survey fatigue, comprehension, low response rate, and data quality.
In this workshop, we will share information that will help you learn how to effectively plan, design, and administer surveys and understand analysis considerations that ensure valid, reliable, and useful data.
