Understanding when and how to enter a major campaign requires careful planning, leadership, and resources. In this session we will look at all the variables for planning and implementing a successful campaign.

- Describe the steps in a campaign feasibility study
- Understand how to objectively stratify your organization’s donor base in preparation for a campaign to see major gift potential

Barbara McColm, CFRE
