Understanding when and how to enter a major campaign requires careful planning, leadership, and resources. In this session, we will look at all the variables for planning and implementing a successful campaign.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn the steps of a campaign feasibility study.
- Understand how to objectively stratify your organization’s donor base in preparation for a campaign to see major gift potential.
- Develop an outline for effective campaign plans.
