The Travel & Sports Legacy Foundation (TSLF) is a 501c3 organization that provides job training, scholarships, mentoring, pre-apprenticeships, and internship placement assistance for underserved youth and adults interested in careers in travel and tourism and sports management. TSLF was founded as the charitable arm of the Arlington CVB and is focused on closing the opportunity gap that exists in underserved communities by providing economically disadvantaged students with access to career pathways to sustainable wage tourism jobs.
