Project 4031 is a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization, strengthening end of life stories for terminally ill children and adults. Our mission is to promote peace through emotional, spiritual, and physical support for terminally ill patients and their families. Project 4031 exists because over one-third of terminally ill patients have substantial care needs, and evidence suggests this last phase of life is accompanied by significant emotional distress, financial hardship and inadequate support for patients and families. This population is under-recognized but is one who desperately needs more people walking alongside them.
