The Principal Impact Collaborative (PIC) was founded through a collaboration among North Texas education leaders with a common goal: improve public school outcomes – particularly in the highest need schools – by addressing high rates of principal turnover across Dallas-Fort Worth. Through this effort, PIC was formed with a mission to develop bold, equity-driven, and resilient education leaders who strengthen our public schools
