The mission of the Garland Housing Finance Corporation is to provide affordable housing in and around Garland, Texas. We further this mission through down payment and closing cost assistance, neighborhood awards, affordable senior & multifamily housing, issuance of bonds and direct ownership within the city of Garland, Texas. The programs offered by the Corporation are designed to increase affordable housing opportunities while strengthening Garland.
