Founded in 1952, The Crystal Charity Ball was formed to aid, support and make contributions and donations to any charitable, benevolent, religious, eleemosynary, educational, scientific, medical or social agency or organization located in Dallas County, Texas, which is primarily concerned with or for the care, development or welfare of children and which at the time has the status of a tax-exempt organization.
