The Texas Hunger Initiative, a project of Baylor University, is a capacity-building, collaborative initiative dedicated to developing and implementing strategies to end hunger through policy, education, research, community organizing and community development. We strive to ensure that all Texans have access to three nutritious meals a day, every day. We have eight regional offices across the state, including the Dallas regional office which was established in 2013.
