Communicating and Applying Evaluation Results

December 2, 2021 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

An important step in program evaluation is the effective communication of results to stakeholders. Results can be communicated to a wide variety of audiences ranging from program staff to foundations, corporations, or other funders – and for a variety of reasons (e.g., program improvement, fundraising, and marketing). Once an evaluation is complete and findings have been identified, recommendations should be drafted as to how the evaluation results can be applied to make program improvements. In this seminar, we will share information that will help you create useful recommendations, choose appropriate charts to display your data, and tell compelling stories about the results achieved by your program.

Students who attend this seminar will be able to:

  • Generate effective recommendations based on evaluation results
  • Use evaluation results for fundraising and program improvement
  • Use the right tools to report evaluation results

Instructional Method: Online via Zoom
