Elaina Mulé is the Director of Grants & Services for the Community Development Group at Charles Schwab Bank. In her role she helps plan the Bank’s community priority areas, develops philanthropic strategies to maximize impact in each area, and collaborates with multi-sector partners to meet community goals. She enjoys focusing on the integration of human-centered program design, client feedback, and innovative technology to improve decision making about community services and funding.
Lee A. McConnell, President
Ryan Foundation
Lee McConnell has been President of The Ryan Foundation since 2003. The Ryan Foundation is a private foundation that concentrates its grant making in Fort Worth and Tarrant County. The Ryan Foundation considers grant requests at each of its four quarterly board meetings. We will consider operating and program grants as well as capital campaign grants.
Marsha Ingle, Senior Director of Community Health Improvement
Texas Health Resources
Marsha Ingle has created, implemented, and managed community health improvement programs, procured millions of dollars in grant funding from federal, state, and private foundations, and has received recognition from Joint Commission, Texas Hospital Association, Premier Healthcare, Jackson Healthcare, American Hospital Association and Association of Professionals in Infection Control, among others. Currently, Marsha oversees Texas Health Community Impact, the grant making division of Texas Health Resources. This multi-million-dollar investment pinpoints specific ZIP codes and works with local organizations to address social issues before the resulting problems surface in the form of chronic disease and premature death. Marsha holds a Bachelor of Science from University of North Texas and a MA from the University of Alabama.
