M. Gale is seeking an exceptional, full-time Senior Consultant with proven campaign leadership experience to join our team during a pivotal period of strategic organizational expansion. The role reports directly to the Director of Consulting Services, collaborating closely with the Leadership Team to deliver best-in-class service to clients while driving the organization's strategic initiatives, goals, functions, and processes. Excellence and integrity are the cornerstones of all client interactions and deliverables, and our internal team relationships.

The Senior Consultant will spearhead approaches for comprehensive campaign fundraising consulting services for diverse clients. As a key leader within the operations team, this position will direct and collaborate with employed consultants and contracted associates, establishing direct communication channels with clients and their high-capacity donors. The position will strategically leverage the talents, skills, and knowledge of our clients' volunteer and staff teams to maximize transformational and major gifts revenue and implement the proprietary M. Gale methodology for fundraising success – all while ensuring adherence to strict timeline and budget parameters for each client engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive direct donor relationship management experience, exceptional relationship-building capabilities both externally and internally, and a documented record of accomplishment of securing significant philanthropic investments. They must demonstrate substantial experience partnering with nonprofit executives, boards of directors, and volunteers.
