Key Responsibilities: 

• Strategic Vision: 

• • Act as the strategic architect for SAFE’s future, driving long-term vision, financial sustainability, and mission expansion. 

• • Develop and execute SAFE’s three-year strategic plan, aligning financial objectives, program growth, and sustainability. 

• • Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence across all departments. 

• External Representation: 

• • Serve as the external face of SAFE, engaging with individuals, corporations, foundations, and government funders. 

• • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including policymakers, community leaders, and funders, positioning SAFE as the leader in survivor advocacy in Central Texas. 

• Internal Leadership: 

• • Lead a thriving, cohesive team culture by directly engaging with team members and providing professional growth and development. 

• • Partner closely with the senior leadership team to promote excellence and high-impact service delivery. 

• Financial Management: 

• • Lead SAFE’s financial health and sustainability, heading efforts to increase the funding base and develop innovative partnerships. 

• • Optimize operations to support mission-driven growth and service expansion. 

• Collaboration with Boards: 

• • Serve as Executive Director of SAFE’s Foundation and Facilities Holdings Corporation, collaborating with those Boards. 

• • Coordinate with the Executive Director of the SAFE Affordable Housing Corporation.
