The Executive Director is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Day School at HP Pres. She or he is responsible for the effective operation of the school and general administration of all instructional, business, or other operations. She or he will administer and supervise the school and its employees, lead development of educational program improvement, foster a culture of positive, engaged learners, and serve as a strong advocate for the school’s core values--including the developmental philosophy and parental involvement. She or he must possess and exhibit a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through worship, prayer and fellowship.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for children, as well as a strong knowledge of child development and early childhood education. In addition, the candidate must be able to carry out the vision of The Day School, be able to mentor staff, and create a nurturing Christian environment for our school community.
