Position Overview

This position is responsible for serving in a support role for fundraising activities. This position is responsible for assisting with managing a component of daily operations for a department.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and two years of professional experience in marketing, fundraising, event planning, public relations, corporate account sales, or communications; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Job Duties:

  • Assists with managing a component of daily operations to include but not limited to assisting lower-level team members with escalated issues, overseeing operations in the director’s absence, and monitoring an operating budget.
  • Assists with developing and maintaining data and processes for assigned area (donor relations, data, gift processing, prospect development, special events, donor relations, or communications).
  • Participates in a variety of special projects as assigned. May include assisting with the planning and implementation of a project or event.
  • Ensures compliance with policies and regulations associated with assigned area.
  • Assists with departmental assessments/measures of initiatives and programs.
  • Performs research to support the needs of the assigned area or division.

Work Schedule:

Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm; may include some nights and weekends
