Gale & Associates is seeking a full-time Consultant with a minimum of 5-7 years of professional fundraising experience. The Consultant will work with nonprofit organizations in three M. Gale service areas: Campaign Services, Fundraising and Nonprofit Management.

The Consultant must have knowledge of all areas of the fund development process, from acquisition and annual fund to major gifts and planned giving, as well as an understanding of the campaign fundraising process and relationship-based fundraising practices.

Candidates should have a proven track record of raising funds in the community, a talent for building relationships, experience working with nonprofit executives, boards and donors, and agile project management skills. He or she must have strong written and verbal skills and the ability to create and deliver written and oral presentations.

Preferred skills/experience include 2+ years’ experience as a fundraising consultant, evidence of continued professional career development, experience with donor database software and/or sales software, and Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification.

Gale & Associates offers a competitive compensation package including benefits and a salary range of $75,000-$90,000.
