The Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts (Arrowmont) has retained SearchWide Global to find an enthusiastic, collaborative, and compassionate to serve as the new Chief Officer of People and Culture.

Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts is a community of individuals who seek meaningful arts and crafts experiences. The community includes people of all skill levels, ages, and backgrounds. It includes makers, aspiring makers, skilled artists and craftspeople, appreciators of arts and crafts, and any individual who wants to be part of a dynamic and welcoming community.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Officer of People & Culture (COPC) provides human resources leadership for Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts (Arrowmont). The Chief Officer of People & Culture. The COPC is responsible for serving as a member of the Leadership Team to plan and execute human resources, volunteer programs, DEIA, and other people/culture functions for the Arrowmont team and organization, promoting a highly engaged and productive work environment where team members feel encouraged to share questions, issues, concerns, suggestions, feedback. The COPC must be able to transform plans and policies into executable procedures and activities, maintaining open and communicative relationships with all Arrowmont team members across the team member life cycle.
