Tri Delta seeks a transformational chief executive officer (CEO) to lead its enterprise, comprised of four interconnected not-for-profit entities: Tri Delta Fraternity, Park Street Properties, Tri Delta Housing, and Tri Delta’s Foundation. Reporting to Tri Delta’s Executive Board, the CEO will oversee the operational success of these entities, lead the Executive Office staff team, and serve as Secretary/Treasurer for the Fraternity/Executive Board and Tri Delta Housing Board.

The ideal candidate will embody Tri Delta member attributes by being brave, bold, and kind, leveraging their business acumen and strategic insights to drive growth. They will lead innovation at all levels, from collegiate membership to alumnae engagement, ensuring strong financial support through diversified revenue streams. They will manage risks, navigate complex situations, and communicate effectively to all stakeholders.

The CEO provides inspirational leadership and direction to the Executive Office staff, ensuring the continued development and management of a professional and efficient organization. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the Executive Office leadership team of five (chief experience officer, chief financial officer, chief operating officer, chief development officer, and chief of staff) and a staff of more than 300 employees.
  • Leading diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and belonging (DEIAB) efforts and fostering an inclusive organizational environment.
  • Ensuring legal and financial compliance, as well as financial reporting and performance across all four entities.
  • Achieving strategic goals and measurable outcomes outlined in the enterprise’s strategic and annual business plans.

The CEO frequently serves as the organization’s spokesperson and ambassador, actively engaging with key stakeholders including collegiate and alumnae members, volunteers, donors, industry and business partners, vendors, college and university professionals, and the media. They hold defined fundraising and ambassadorship responsibilities for Tri Delta’s Foundation, with an emphasis on major and planned giving. Ultimately, the CEO is responsible for managing Tri Delta Executive Office and Park Street Properties personnel, including hiring, firing, and ensuring regular performance evaluations.
