The Program Leader Certificate is a comprehensive training designed for individuals leading and managing program departments within nonprofit organizations. This program empowers program managers with essential leadership and management skills, and will allow them to foster a deeper understanding of what makes an effective leader and how to build trust within their team. They will also learn how to implement data-driven strategies to drive impactful program initiatives.
