Critical Thinking in Business (Fort Worth 2025)

This workshop is designed to provide participants with a dynamic, hands-on learning experience where they can actively develop and refine their critical thinking skills. By applying these skills to various business scenarios, participants will not only gain a deeper understanding of how critical thinking can be used to overcome common workplace obstacles, but also improve their ability to navigate complex situations with confidence. After practicing the skills in the workshop, participants will practice helping their teams acquire the skills on the job.
Objectives:
- Understand why critical thinking is no longer a common skill and how it impacts the workforce.
- Identify critical thinking principles one may use in everyday decisions.
- Practice applying critical thinking principles in simple decisions and complex business situations.
- Learn how to assist those who need help developing critical thinking skills.
