MEET THE PANELISTS

Kelly Garlock, Senior Vice President, Philanthropic Client Manager
Bank of America

Kelly Garlock is a Senior Vice President and Philanthropic Client Manager for Bank of America Private Bank. Kelly joined Bank of America in 2013 and brings more than 15 years of knowledge and understanding of nonprofits, family relationships, grantmaking and fiduciary administration to the Private Bank. In her current role, Kelly works directly with high net worth individuals, private foundations, and nonprofit organizations providing guidance and best practices in charitable giving and philanthropy. Additionally, she directs grantmaking across Texas on behalf of foundations for which Bank of America, N.A. serves as Trustee or Co-Trustee.


Nichole Edmonds
, System Director, Community Benefit
Baylor Scott & White Health

Nichole Edmonds is the system director for community benefit and affairs at Baylor Scott and White Health. In her role she oversees Community Benefit Investment Funds, which provide funding to nonprofit organizations addressing key health and social needs in the community. Nichole also oversees the Community Health Needs Assessment process as well as community benefit reporting. She received her B.S. in public health Administration from Northern Illinois University and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a passionate leader in the health equity space and works across sectors to innovatively address root causes of poor health. Nichole is also an adjunct professor for the graduate public health program at DePaul University.


Terese Stevenson
, Vice President, Grants
The Rees-Jones Foundation

Responsible for overseeing the Foundation’s overall grantmaking investments, Terese is active in developing relationships in local and international communities, and with grant seekers to help advance innovation and best practices in program areas of high interest to the Foundation: Child Welfare, Family Supports, Youth Disability, Youth Formation and Animal Welfare; as well as an international portfolio focused on justice issues, development, child disability and child development/family stability. She is personally involved in local and global ministry partnerships, with a particular interest in justice issues, serving as a Commissioner on the Supreme Court of Texas Permanent Judicial Commission for Children, Youth and Families, and in addition, is a Court Appointed Special Advocate and a board member with Dallas CASA.
