Are you a long-time leader of an organization or a board member passionate about ensuring the sustainability of your organization? In partnership with CNM and Charles Schwab Bank, create a practical and actionable leadership continuity plan that will prepare and guide your organization through future leadership transitions. Don’t let the fear of change bind your impact or hinder your organization’s growth. Ensure your organization thrives through transitions and is prepared for the future.
Workshop Design
- A half-day, in-person, training session for two executive-level or board representatives from each organization. The training session will cover the leadership continuity planning process
and templates for developing an effective plan. - Each organization will independently develop its leadership continuity plan using the templates provided and referencing the training material.
- Following the workshop, CNM will conduct a one-hour consultation with each organization to provide feedback about their plan.
- CNM will conduct a follow-up session with each organization if needed, to review any plan revisions discussed and to provide additional feedback.
