Gain a solid foundation in nonprofit operations.
The Nonprofit Management Certificate Program consists of seven full-day sessions, providing in-depth instruction on the key components of nonprofit operations. Through the cohort model, participants will develop comprehensive skills to effectively lead and manage successful nonprofit organizations, guided by our expert instructors and enriched through collaboration with fellow participants. The program covers board governance, strategic planning, program evaluation, human resources, volunteer management, financial management, risk management and legal issues, fund development, and marketing. Please note: You must attend all seven sessions within 18 months to obtain your certificate.
Designed for: Nonprofit leaders who want to know more about all aspects of nonprofit operations and management. This course serves as a foundational course for CNM’s professional development platform.
