The Leadership Lab is designed to equip nonprofit professionals who are leading and managing programs and people. The program empowers participants with essential leadership and management skills and will allow them to foster a deeper understanding of what makes an effective leader and how to build trust within teams. The workshop model will provide hand-on learning and a lab toolkit to ensure that learning is actionable. Please note: You must attend all six sessions within 18 months to obtain your certificate.

Designed for: Nonprofit leaders who want to become more effective and efficient leaders. This course builds on the information presented in the Nonprofit Management Certificate, although the Nonprofit Management Certificate is NOT a pre-requisite for participation.
