Description
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in office management or administration.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and knowledge of Quickbooks preferred.
- Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and maintain an organized office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for document preparation and interacting courteously, professionally with team members, residents, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to office operations and facilities.
- Build relationships with team, manage conflict, and foster a positive office environment.
- Ability to plan and coordinate office projects, such as office moves, events, or technology upgrades.
- Flexibility with changing priorities and problem-solving.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
