Dynamic Development Strategies (DDS) seeks a full-time Grant Writer to join our team in a staff position with the opportunity for benefits. This role offers hybrid work, flexible scheduling, and a salary range of $60,000 - $62,000, based on experience. Must be able to attend in-person client meetings in Fort Worth, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and pursue grant funding opportunities for multiple clients
• Develop compelling grant proposals tailored to funder priorities.
• Maintain an organized grants calendar to track deadlines, applications, and reporting.
• Collaborate with nonprofit clients to understand funding needs and program details.
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements, including financial and program reporting.
• Cultivate relationships with private, corporate, and government funders.
• Monitor funding trends and provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of grant writing experience required.
• Preference for state and federal grant experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote/hybrid setting.
