The Executive Director of Manna House spearheads the ongoing advancement of Manna House's mission, vision and core values to serve the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of people in crisis bringing hope, encouragement and stability while building a stronger, healthier community. The Executive Director oversees programs, fundraising activities, facilities and the ongoing advancement of the organization by maintaining a level of excellence. They will create, nurture and cultivate relationships in the community resulting in ongoing support of the organization. He/She leads and manages the overall operations and staff of Manna House in accordance with policies and goals established by the Board of Directors.
